Community Solutions Program

The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a year-long professional development program that supports committed civil society leaders aged 26-39. This program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and supported in its implementation by IREX to enhance leadership and technical expertise to address economic, environmental, political, and social challenges in local communities worldwide. During a tailored four-month fellowship with a U.S. nonprofit, fellows develop skills in thematic areas such as Environmental Issues, Democracy and Human Rights, Peace and Conflict Resolution, and Women and Gender Issues. Fellows are placed in a U.S. organization or local government agency and, through an integrated leadership curriculum and personalized coaching, evolve into visionary leaders who can lead collaboratively, tackle complex community challenges, and foster more equitable, sustainable, and peaceful communities in over 100 countries around the world.
