Community Rebuilders is a Strength-Based, Housing First, nonprofit housing agency serving West Michigan. Our mission is rebuilding hope through housing opportunities for families and individuals with support services during transitions.
As an active member of the Grand Rapids Area Coalition to End Homelessness, we work closely with other agencies across our community to provide services that help with the transition from homeless to housed.
