Born out of one student’s frustration with the application process, Communy was forged by Dean Sheinman. A current college student, who on applying to college found himself limited by travel, costs and outdated technology. Put simply, he had neither the time nor the money to travel cross-country searching for his perfect fit. Moreover, college websites, were often, overly complicated and didn’t offer a feasible alternative to physical tours.
So Dean set about to create a radical alternative. Partnering with a co-founder that had the experience in the tech sector to help his vision come to life. Now, Communy offers a one stop shop of online tours for academic institutions right across America. Helping students locally, and from all over the world to connect with, and choose the right College through our unique and unlimited streaming site. Meaning students can experience your college campus and connect with current students from the comfort of home.
