Founded in 2015, Compass Bioinformatics provides generative-Al and machine learning (ML)-based bioinformatics platforms and services to analyze complex next-generation sequencing data for rare and inherited disorders (germline). We integrate patient phenotypes into the algorithms to predict the most putative genes and variants for each case. With offices in Hsinchu, Taiwan (est 2015), Tokyo, Japan (est 2023), and Austin, Texas (est 2024), we are passionate about serving our patients and customers in the biotech, research and medical/clinical arenas in their respective markets.
