Compass Training & Communications was formed in 2006 to serve the training needs of clients located in the greater Philadelphia area. Since then it has grown to serve clients from around the country representing a diverse mix of industries. To meet the needs of this expanding client base, a network of proven business analysts, instructional designers, trainers and e-learning developers was brought together to address clients’ needs for rapid turnaround and delivery of training. In addition to working directly with clients, Compass also partners with other training consulting companies to better meet client needs. Compass Training & Communications is a minority-owned business certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
