WHO WE ARE The Copyright Tribunal is a quasi-judicial body established under Section 48(1) of the Copyright Act, No. 12 of 2001 to hear appeals arising from decisions of the Kenya Copyright Board and licensing related disputes OUR VISION An independent and fair arbiter in copyright and related licensing matters. OUR MISSION To deliver equitable, timely and efficient determination of disputes for protection of rights of copyright holders and owners.
