Competitive Edge is a boutique consulting firm offering clients actionable results in three major categories; Sales/Marketing Consulting, Interim Staffing, and Business Strategy. We differ from many consultants in two major areas: Area One: Our experience - if we don't haven't had personal hands on experience in the area we're consulting in [ including personal accountability for results] we'll walk away from the engagement. We don't believe you should be paying for a B-school theorist who read the case. Area Two: Our commitment to results. If you've shopped consultants for long, you probably know that "white papers", "reports", and many other deliverables are billable services without a corresponding result. Many firms will charge you hourly, by the page, and countless other ways to run up the bill. We're different. We like to sit down with you to review a given situation, come back with a proposal that includes actionable results with mileposts, and an overall project budget.
