About Complete Movement
At Complete Movement, we specialise in a modern form of Pilates classes offering One-to-One Pilates using the Pilates Reformer among other equipment and a small number of Group Pilates classes. We also offer Advanced Clinical Massage therapy and Sports Massage and partner with local Yoga teachers to offer Yoga classes, such as Pregnancy Yoga. We work with this who have sciatica, lower back pain, ongoing knee pain, shoulder pain, hip pain or just general daily aches and pains, we treat them as a person and work with them to help them understand their body and to improve their health, wellbeing and strength.
