I'm an Executive Coach supporting leaders to notice more in order to develop greater clarity about the right choices, actions and decisions for them. I also own and run a fabulous Wellness studio in East Lothian Scotland for clients with back pain and other aches and pains.I like helping others. My first degree was in Pure Mathematics so I love shapes and patterns and like helping others to see shapes. I spent most of my corporate career in consulting and financial services mostly in Internal Audit and Internal Audit Risk Consulting supporting my teams and clients to understand patterns and processes. Following 20 years of back pain, I undertook extremely demanding training in movement work. I continue to operate Complete Movement helping those in physical pain to understand and change patterns of movement and how they think about pain.My Executive Coaching service at The Complete Leader combines this unique variety of expertise in leadership and my understanding of the body and brain. By asking you to tap into your thoughts, feelings, behaviours as well as your body, I help you to make decisions and achieve outcomes that align with who you are, where you want to go and how you want to grow.During my coaching, I share with you what I’m thinking and feeling and how your words sit with me in order to help you to understand what you are thinking and feeling. My clients say that I am non-judgmental. This is important to me as I believe it’s important for you to be heard.
