I'm Maureen Evans, owner of The Complete Leader. Earlier in my career, I spent 20 years working in risk consulting and financial services organisations including Zurich, Andersen, Deloitte and Barclays. Andersen, Deloitte and Barclays. In 2011, I was inspired to make a career change and undertook advanced movement training and set up a movement and wellness business. Alongside this I have been using my analytical, listening and questioning skills as a an executive and leadership coach since 2017.
The work I do today brings together my experiences over the last 30 years. My risk and audit experience, aligned with the International Coaching Federation framework, allows me to listen to and support clients to develop clarity and confidence.
