CAMS was established in 2015 and provides asset management services across the UK and internationally. At the heart of our capabilities is our ability to help asset owners reduce and optimise their whole life cycle management costs from planning and design through to construction, operations and maintenance. We deliver or have delivered engagements across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Arabian Gulf for the following organisations: Gas Networks Ireland (UK), Costain (UK), TFL(UK), Hochtief (GER), Sabic (KSA), Mouchel (UK), AECOM, AMCL, AADC (UAE), Ashgal (QA), Velosi (QA) and QAFCO (QA). Affordable Housing We expanded into affordable housing in 2017 and are discovering that many of the innovations from our core sectors are transferrable to the UK housing sector, ensuring the learning from across the asset management sector can be applied to Affordable Housing providers across the UK. We have been actively working with Registered Providers (HAs & LAs) to help optimise their Asset Management solutions, undertaking Gap Assessments in line with the International Standard for Asset Management (ISO 55000) to maximise their understanding, awareness and maturity of Asset Management. To support the growth and maturity of affordable housing providers, we also can support the development of Strategic Asset Management Plans, Asset Information Strategies and Asset Management Policies. In addition the implementation of a Decision Support Tool, to help evidence decision making through our Fathom software is also helping RPs to make decisions that are optimised and take the whole life cycle costs into account. We can also provide an foundation course in Asset Management through an Asset Wisdom online training module.
