COMTO NORCAL

The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) is a national, multi-ethnic organization founded in 1971 to advocate for the transportation careers and transportation needs of minorities. Since its inception, COMTO currently has 39 chapters throughout the United States and over 3,000 members from various transportation-related corporations, small businesses, government agencies, and universities. COMTO NORCAL currently has 50 members representing businesses and government agencies throughout the 9-county San Francisco Bay Area. COMTO's vision is to provide full access to employment, career, and contract opportunities for minorities within the transportation industry.
