I have helped people in 18 countries leverage their awareness and creativity to disrupt despair and craft uplifting and inspiring adaptation practices What I offer is companioning rather than counseling or coaching. Using storytelling prompts, we focus on imagining a future that offers you more of what you long for, and then co-create a strategy that will take you deeper into awareness of our reality AND creative action that feels meaningful, safe, and joyful. I offer a 90-minute Bloom Zoom session, followed by two weeks of ongoing support. We'll share text/voice/video messages that encourage and lovingly nudge you forward as you embrace your new mindset and establish daily practices that deepen both your commitment and your creativity. This experience of continuous support and encouragement frees you to explore your ideas for elevated, engaged, and energizing adaptive choices, leading you to design your own form of action that is community-focused and contagious.
