With 20 years of combined experience in the exterior cleaning industry and well-aligned visions for the future, founders Donnie Birth and Ryan Godwin have curated the best the industry has to offer in both, delivering unmatched results and providing a proven roadmap to success for our growing team of owner-operators. Donnie has spent nearly 30,000 hours of his career fine-tuning the tried and true traditional cleaning methods of his craft. He will tell you "there's always more to learn and ways to improve" but there's no doubt, he's "seen it all". Ryan has spent much of his career utilizing traditional exterior cleaning methods while driving industry standards forward through advancements in tech, tools, and safety. Ryan was one of the first adopters of drone cleaning technology, worldwide, and it shows. He has completed, managed, or consulted for the most iconic drone cleaning projects, to date. Separately, Ryan and Donnie found success, agency, and financial independence through the combination of old fashioned hard work and a keen eye for constant innovation and improvement. In addition to their professional goals and experiences aligning well for a strong partnership; through many long meetings, calls, and meaningful conversations Ryan and Donnie found that their personal morals, ethics, goals, and aspirations were a great match. Both have strong commitments to family and community and firmly believe in the power of giving. Both have had their individual struggles and are committed to helping others through theirs, ultimately to the future they deserve.
