Why Is Confidence Important? - Every person needs the confidence to realize their full potential. Whether you're preparing for college or your career, confidence is vital to deliver results. If you are confident, people will believe and follow you. A lack of confidence, however, leads to paralysis from fear. Fear of failure. Fear of what others think. Fear of the unknown.
