Our vision is to achieve a society in which people, workplaces and organisations are skilled in negotiation, conflict management, and dispute resolution. We do this by: Presenting training courses and workshops on employment relations, conflict management and dispute resolution related topics, which are of a high quality, cost-effective, learner-focused, and meet the standards of the National Qualifications Framework and international best practice. Conducting dispute resolution processes for parties in conflict and disputes, which are of high quality, cost-effective and which conform to local and international standards of service delivery. Advocating for appropriate dispute resolution in South Africa, and in other countries. Our courses and workshops are conducted both on an in-house basis and as public courses. Conflict Dynamics' trainers receive consistently excellent feedback from delegates. The world-class standards of Conflict Dynamics training were recognised in 2012 when the Conflict Dynamics Commercial Mediator Skills training course received the CEDR ADR Trainer's Award in the UK. Conflict Dynamics has accredited over 500 mediators to world standards. Conflict Dynamics offers accredited mediators for a wide range of disputes, through its CD Direct service. All CD Direct mediators are also accredited by the South African Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council. When we established Conflict Dynamics in 1996 we chose the combretum seed as our logo because it is indigenous to South Africa. It is also multifaceted, just like conflict. Like relationships, seeds need to be nurtured to grow. Conflict Dynamics provides conflict management training and dispute resolution processes which are indigenous to South Africa, and which have been nurtured and grown over our many years of working in the field.
