Day Care @ Willerby
We appreciate our members are individuals. We don't have a set schedule that everyone must follow. We tailor the day and activities to each member so they get the most out of each day.
Recently refurbished center including two on-site sensory rooms.
Transport can be provided to and from the day centre if required.
Extended hours are available including weekend care if required.
Can cater for complex needs.
Supported Living @ Market Weighton
High-specification detached property in a cul-de-sac location.
24-hour care 365 days per year can be provided as needed.
Free access to the day centre @ Willerby
Care at Home and In the Community
We also provide customizable wrap-around care services for all our members.
This would be provided by the same carers from the day centre to provide consistency.
Care can be provided at our member's homes or in the community. We also provide care in rural areas if required.
We're flexible on how this can be set up. The times are changeable. See below for an example of how this could work. A member could receive care at home from 07:30 am each day to help get ready. They would be transported to the day center at 09:00 am where they stay until 04:00 pm. They could be taken home and cared for until 06:00pm.
We can also provide care over the weekend if required.
