Connect and restore (CORE) is a trauma-informed mental health initiative offering services to individuals, mental health professionals, and organization. The CORE is an online platform that provides evidence-based psychotherapy for those in need. At the CORE we adopt a trauma-informed approach to psychotherapy. We see all our stakeholders as unique individuals and try to tap into their potential. We strive to create a safe space for the client in the sessions and work towards helping them develop the same within and around them The name CONNECT & RESTORE imbibes our philosophy of health care. We reverberate with the attachment science that traces the root of psychological problems to the person’s attachment with self and others. Mental health concerns are seen to surface when one loses their connection with the self. Reinstating this connection help to restore mental welling. Hence, CONNECT & RESTORE. Psychotherapy is a dynamic process. A therapist involves in the process as much as the client does and this at times can be taxing on the therapist. It is during these times that the supervision sessions become a guiding light for the practitioners. CORE provides a safe space for the therapists in their supervision rooms, aiming for individual and professional growth of the therapist. To provide the best service to the clients, the CORE team is committed to being up to date with the new research and developments in psychotherapy. Through our specialized skill-based workshops, we try to share the acquired knowledge with our fraternity. We offer our services to organizations committed to their employee's well-being.
