I drive change through tailored Agile coaching, generating a realistic technical roadmap, and hands-on SaaS operations training for all of engineering. My target market is small to medium-sized enterprise organizations looking to super-charge their transition to SaaS development and operations but who need help prioritizing and implementing change throughout their organization.
