CoNorth (formerly Northcountry Cooperative Foundation)

CoNorth (formerly Northcountry Cooperative Foundation) "helps transform lives and communities through cooperative enterprise". CoNorth staff and consultants support manufactured housing community residents in their efforts to purchase their communities and convert them to resident ownership. CoNorth is one of nine nonprofit organizations doing this work around the country through the ROC USA Network. Its staff and consultants provide technical assistance, multifamily real estate development, and organizational development support to resident groups seeking to achieve their goals of economic independence, autonomy, greater respect, and wealth building. CoNorth is a small, innovative, nonprofit social enterprise delivering transformative results for low- and moderate-income manufactured housing residents of the Upper Midwest.
