Nuestra fábrica está ubicada en Rianxo, municipio situado en la comarca del Barbanza, uno de los principales frentes conserveros del país. En Cortizo seleccionamos cuidadosamente las mejores materias primas para elaborar conservas de primerísima calidad. La materia prima de nuestras conservas "Cortizo Alta Selección", se obtienen íntegramente en las rías gallegas, en el caso de nuestro mejillones "Alta Selección", también cuenta con sello de denominación de origen. In Cortizo we select carefully the best raw materials to prouece Premium quiality canned fish. The raw material of our canned fish Cortizo High Quality Selection, as our cockles, scallops, sardines, little sardines... is entirely obtained from the Galician Rías and, in the particular case of our high Quality Selection Mussels, also have their corresponding seal of Denomination of Origin, ensuring that it meets the highest standars of market quiality.
