Its operational base in Lagos, Nigeria with an established capacity to work effectively in other states within the country. The Company, a wholly indigenous services Company was established in 2018 with the drive of being a complete business solution to organisations Conssua works with various subject experts and the team blends Psychology and Human Resources knowledge to provide training and consultancy services in workplaces. One of the biggest drives this year and beyond is wellbeing awareness, training and wellness programs in the workplace. We, with subject experts deliver workshops and seminars to employees, managers, senior managers and HR professionals. The intent is to develop, motivate and retain the right workforce to balance employee well-being and organisational productivity. We also provide extensive consultancy services on a range of HR disciplines such as recruitment, training, investigations, private case management, D&I, and have worked with organisations to guide mental health policies, develop wellness hubs, and support new projects.
