Our Mission Statement is to be a network for people of ALL abilities, to normalise the conversation , raising awareness on the positive contribution of people with disabilities at work in our industry. To change the culture of inclusion to be one that caters for everyone , to provide confidential support to colleagues and allies in a safe space, and to educate the industry on the positive benefit of employment of talented workers with disabilities, employed in construction, engineering and housing. In essence we “Construct Ability to Build Liberty” (* incl Physical disabilities, Hidden disabilities, learning disability, sensory or physical impairment, long term health condition, mental health condition or as neurodivergent (Attention Deficit Disorders, Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia)
