Contemporary Empathy

We seek to make the world a better place through training professionals in the areas of emotional intelligence, creativity, and communication. Our customisable and dynamic learning experiences are aimed at companies of all shapes and sizes, professionals from all disciplines, as well as educational institutions such as universities and business schools. Our areas of expertise include: Presentation and Public Speaking Skills; Storytelling; Team Building; Empathy and Dialogue. Whilst the content of the experience has its core in one of these areas it is always personalised to the client´s specific context, needs, and objectives. We use four main delivery formats; group training programmes/workshops, individual coaching, online webinars, or speaker sessions. The Contemporary Empathy unique training methodology developed by founder Ellen Buckland combines professional theatre technique with design thinking methodology and tools. Sessions combine both theory and practice, and encourage participants to learn through doing. Many sessions will have tangible takeaways such as stakeholder, customer journey and empathy maps which professionals can translate to the workplace, however most will see the most powerful change in their performance, confidence, and interactions with others.
