My mission is to help climate tech scale-ups surpass acquisition, activation, and retention targets by uncovering and eliminating user experience barriers. As only one example of the power of UX - uncovering and removing acquisition blockers enabled a climate tech scale-up, to hit a tough +10% acquisition target - unlocking access to expansion funds. In another example - we combined UX research findings with data analytics to uncover and resolve sign-up and check-out blockers - saving a tech scale-up €16M - a year. I work in UX because it's a collaborative, crazy-effective way of working. I'm in climate because I love waking up every day and going to work with a deep sense of purpose. 10+ years in UX Research.
