We are a leading designer and manufacturer of fully automatic open mouth container filling line. Our machines are mainly used for food packing / packaging in cups, tubs, trays, and buckets. Our filling machines can be used with many different products like feta, ricotta, cottage cheeses, hot soups, prepare salads, dips, sauces, dried fruits and nuts, powder, salsa, dairy products, ice cream, frozen crumble goat cheese,etc…
Our flexible design with unique preset tooling allows the operator to do a complete container changeover in less than 20 minutes. Typically, with thick products, we can fill up to 60 one pound cups per minute on a single-lane machine.
We can also install on the same conveyor a fully automatic sealing unit with which we can seal many different containers shapes and sizes. With that option, a complete changeover takes about 30 minutes. This HPP compatible unit can seal up to 45 containers per minute. If need there is it can be used to do MAP, in which case speed is reduce to about 30 containers per minute.
With minor modifications, this sealing unit can also be used to close clamshell containers.
All ours machines are easily washable, built with no close tubes and meet all machines security requirements.
We are also manufacturing many different depositors for chunky soups or prepared salads. Volumetric ones for sauces and others liquids products. Weigh filler for granular products. Time base fillers for products like brine which can be overfill to make sure to expel some while closing the container.
We are also manufacturing a very special volumetric piston depositor with extra feeding screws in the bottom of the hopper to push non-air-tight products into the volumetric chambers with an adjustable compression ratio. This one is very accurate and it can be use to fill product like sauerkraut, grains and legumes base prepared salads made with a light vinaigrette. It can also be used for raw vegetable base prepared salads.
