ConversionRobots is a managed direct mail service which uses a combination of hardware and software to increase the response rate of direct mail campaigns by 4-8x. Our effectiveness is based on a simple insight: while the average American may get dozens of pieces of mail in a week, on average, they only receive a single personal letter once every seven weeks. We use robots to “hand-address” each letter with an actual ballpoint pen. Creating a letter which looks like it could have been written by your friend or neighbor. This personal touch dramatically increases the open rate. Our customers are top performing real estate agents and real estate investment companies. One early adopter sent out a total of ~3,500 letters over a three month period and received an impressive 11 listing appointments.
