We serve children at risk up to the age of 18, who live, or have lived, in an addicted household. Due to the enormous impact of trauma on children, from the loss of a parent, and the current epidemic of drug overdoses, we have created The C.O.P.E. Foundation 19. We are here to enhance the lives of children through our "Circle of Light" program which incorporates: Social Interaction, Life Coach Counseling, Physical Healing, and Mental Health Stability.
Although our mission is to help children, we are connected to a large network of caregivers and support groups with services to help the caregivers of these children as well.
