Copernicus Therapeutics, Inc. (CTI) is a clinical stage genomics medicines company whose technology can potentially enable patients with certain genetic disorders to achieve a truly functional cure. Our proprietary, non-viral, nucleic acid delivery platform, STELLAR, can carry large payloads and achieves a robust gene transfer through a receptor-mediated mechanism, without inducing the immune response that limits treatment with AAV.
