Core Conditioning is independently owned and operated by physical therapists, Allyson Cabot and Gabrielle Shrier. Core Conditioning is one of the very few health care providers which utilizes Pilates, Redcord®, CoreAlign, and Gyrotonic® in conjunction with a broad range of Physical Therapy services. What makes Core Conditioning different from conventional physical therapy clinics is that we integrate the worlds of medical science, whole body fitness and lifetime wellness. In addition to physical therapy and fitness classes, Core Conditiong offers one of the most comprehensive teacher training programs in the country and have two state-of-the-art facilities in Burbank and Studio City, California.
