Effective social change must come from a burning desire within the community for a better future, fueled by belief that positive outcomes for themselves and their families are both achievable, and sustainable for the long-term future. Initially this may require some external resources to provide the capabilities, development systems, economic vehicles, and opportunities, to influence the required ‘mind shift’ and demonstrate measurable results. These should be deployed with the goal of achieving social and economic impact that will become self-sustaining from within the community through effective implementation of robust systems and succession planning. We aim to empower communities in need with the desire and the means to be masters of their own destiny. To inspire a new outlook for the future and demonstrate the mindset required to be the catalysts for positive socio-economic impact - for the benefit of everyone within their community ecosystem and beyond. We can't MAKE people think differently or look at the world around them with a different perspective - but we can DEMONSTRATE a different way of thinking and doing things, provide opportunities to participate and experience the results, and allow people to develop a new mindset for THEMSELVES - then they OWN IT!
