Core Strength Studios

Core Strength Studios help people significantly reduce back pain in 12 weeks or less through exercise-based core strengthening. Studies show that the majority of back pain is caused by weakness the muscles of the low back and core. We are the only studio in the South of England outside of London to offer specialist programmes using a MedX lumbar extension machine, which isolates and strengthens the low back muscles. Our clients receive a whole-body approach to their back pain and we evaluate their physical function as a whole to treat the root cause. In addition to back pain programmes, we also help treat and rehabilitate people who are suffering joint or muscle pain elsewhere on the body and use exercise and sports massage to treat injuries and prevent further occurrences.
