I believe that back pain shouldn't get in the way of life and stop you doing the things you love. Over the last 17 years, I have helped thousands of people get rid of back pain for good, even when they have tried everything and thought it was impossible. As an ex-competitve gymnast, I have a strong understanding of the human body and the importance of good core strength for a solid foundation for function. Core Strength Studios was founded in 2007 to help people get stronger and build a healthy back thorough specialist back and core strengthening.Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about helping people understand their body and function optimally, regardless of their physical abilities.
