Core Capital Limited was established in 2007 by Derek McGrath to provide an investment advisory function to private investors in Dublin. Since being established, Core Capital has partnered with both private and institutional investors to complete property acquisitions and developments based on appetite and portfolio diversification, in Ireland, UK, US, and Germany. More recently, Core Capital has focused specifically on development opportunities in Ireland. Core Capital delivers a cradle to grave investment function, from site acquisition to investment sale. Our current pipeline of developments / investments transactions in Dublin is approximately €900m covering office, retail, and hospitality opportunities across the city. Core Capital selects strategic partners for capital and development to deliver some of Dublin’s most iconic real estate projects in the city. Our mantra is focused on delivering strategic partnerships which focus on project quality, investment performance and Landmark developments with a focus on and sustainability.
