Jenny co-founded The Stamford Group in 2001 and, as CEO, built it into a > $50 million annual turnover business.
In 2016, Stamford was acquired by the largest private staffing company in the world. Jenny continued leading the business as Managing Director for three more years. She remains specialized in the staffing and recruitment industry today.
During and before that time, Jenny cultivated personal and professional skills to lay business foundations for accelerated growth.
She realized that small, owner-managed service businesses lack the support that tech, product, startup, or larger companies often have access to. To address this and follow her greatest passion, she trained with several highly-successful coaches and founded Core Focus.
