Our Vision: "Co-creating regenerative cultures by interlacing communities with their dynamic socio-ecological system". Our Mission: "by fostering transitory and transformative projects in a collaborative and inclusive way, questioning status quo and embracing systemic thinking". That is why, we believe in the need of the combination of two process streams: 1) transitional process of i) sustainability solutions limiting and bringing down the damaging effects of our current global society and ii) restoring and redistributing for recovering what was already damaged and is out of balance 2) transformational process designing and excelling solutions that bring about the systemic change towards regenerative cultures In that sense we structure our service / project portfolio: 1) Transformation - Co-creating regenerative cultures: "We co-think and co-create a regenerative paradigm with you" 2a) Transitional - Restore what was damaged: "We support the process of restoring natural, social and cultural resources" 2b) Transitional - Get sustainable: "We accompany business and system transition to do no harm" We are a Collective of the ReGeneration! Collaboration and co-creation is one of our core values and believes, which is why we work as a community of practice. It is designed along the idea of 'decentralized autonomous organization'. We create and nurture ecosystems with a regenerative vision. We provide a soil that allows to leverage collective wisdom and exerting place-based work on bioregional level. Our guiding principles: - Holistic complex systems based on fractals and balancing flow networks - Regenerative in its socio-ecological design (balanced within planetary boundaries) - Equitable in its design (balanced within social boundaries) - Collaborative sustainable long-term ecosystems
