Each workout incorporates the 7 elements of fitness (Cardio, Muscular Endurance, Strength, Body Composition, Flexibility, Balance, & Mental Health), provides a well-rounded full-body workout and targets the 4 muscle groups (Abs, Obliques, Arms, & Legs) in every single exercise.
