The Patented "Cornerstone building system" is a structural Insulated Panel (SIP) or can also be termed an Insulated Concrete Form work (ICF) wall system, with a minimum R value of 4.3degC W/M2, thus the energy efficient option. To build a sustainable energy efficient home does not have to cost more than the conventional timber 4 x 2 system. The large panels are 1.2m x the height of the wall and a minimum of 200mm thick making this system fast to erect and cost effective compared to other systems. The minimum R value is 4.3deg C W/m2 so retains a comfortable ambient indoor temperature, no matter what the environmental conditions are outside.
