We add the Te Wera Multi fuel Boiler for water and what little space heating is required;Then add Solar Voltaic panels for last third of energy requirement for appliances & LED lighting. Now we have a building that functions efficiently within reach of the average homeowner, allowing them to save in their energy use every month, whether net metering or off grid options.
