Cornerstone Civil was founded in 2015 by an experienced local engineering staff. We are a land development Civil Engineering firm. Our principal engineer has been the lead engineer working in the Central Coast and Bay Area for nearly 15 years.
We offer services to assist in the permitting process through various agencies. Our staff has extensive experience with Public Works, Planning, Fire Marshall, Environmental Health and other departments requirements for permit applications. We have Licensed Civil Engineers with a wide breadth of expertise in the Civil Engineering profession.
With our wide network of design professionals we are able to smoothly execute multi-disciplinary tasks efficiently. We work closely with local Surveyors, Geotechnical Engineers, Land Use Consultants, Architects, Landscape Architects, General Contractors, Pool Designers, Arborists, Biologists and anybody else needed to secure a building permit.
At Cornerstone Civil, we value our client relationships highly since most of our clientele are introduced through other local consultant referrals. We have a special interest in maintaining strong relationships with builders, architects, developers and homeowners in the area. Because our work revolves around local referrals, we pride ourselves in our cost-conscience client approach and clarity with regards to budget and timing.
We continue to believe in practical, smart designs and we place great emphasis on our relationships both within the firm and with our clientele.
