Cornwall Street Barristers is a leading set of Barristers Chambers with Chambers in Birmingham, Oxford and Maidstone. It’s a large set with more than 70 barristers living and working nationally. We provide strength and experience across a wide range of legal disciplines with expertise in a number of specialist niche areas. We have a modern, forward-thinking and dynamic ethos whilst retaining pride in our heritage and our approachability. Tenants’ practices fall primarily within one or two of the practice groups within Chambers, namely the Criminal Team, the Regulatory Team, the Family Team, the Civil Team and Military Law Team Each team comprises tenants of diverse seniority and experience but of universally high quality in advocacy, drafting and advisory work. Several members are instructed in mediation and other forms of ADR. Teams are cohesive and tenants work together to ensure the highest quality and greatest consistency of work. All teams accept instructions in publicly and privately funded work and some tenants accept CFA instructions and direct/public access instructions in appropriate cases.
