Cost Control Team

The Cost Control Team grew out of our Finance and Risk Management Operations. So many clients asked us for risk free ways to drive down costs and control expense areas that we made this a major focus area for our activities. As a result we have developed an entire tool kit of interesting ways to generate improvements in net cash flow that can support our clients growth and current operations. We have a research and development tax credit team that generate Tax Credits in this area like popcorn. One of the most successful in almost any Company is our Accounts Payable Programs. Not only can we eliminate most cyber risk from EFT transactions, we can replace a substantial portion of them with a system that turns accounts payable into an improved process that becomes a profit center.
