Our professional licensure enables us to serve as responsible code consultants for other professional architects and engineers in addition to the expediting services as Filing Representative at the NYC Department of Buildings. We have the specialized expertise required for uniquely challenging projects including NYC Loft Board (IMD) dwellings and other Residential Conversion projects, Condominium Conversions, NYC Landmark Buildings, and Public Assembly projects.
