Council for Southeast Asian Development (CSEAD)

The Council for Southeast Asian Development (CSEAD) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO), re-established in 2024 with origins dating back to 1923, that promotes Southeast Asian cooperation, development, and information exchange. The CSEAD was formalised with the signing of the CSEAD Declaration by founding summit members. The organisation is structured into three General Directorates: the General Directorate of Intelligence, Statistics and Information (GDISI), the General Directorate of Research and Development (GDRD), and the General Directorate of Strategy, Planning and Coordination (GDSPC).
