Viewing food as an artform, Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team at Course take you on a food exploration through an explosion of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor. Our focus on “multi-course” is to curate an experience for you and not just a meal. A 10 course tasting menu will be offered Thursday thru Saturday and a 5 Course tasting menu on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Nicholas Padua leads our beverage program which will offer a wine pairing, sophisticated drinks incorporating foods we use in the kitchen, as well as an extensive wine bottle list.
