At Court Developments, we are continually seeking and identifying new land opportunities to allow us to create new homes and properties, and continue to offer our purchasers the highest standards of design, practicality, comfort, durability and innovation. We are renowned for our attention to detail and for producing new homes that sit very comfortably in their surroundings, complementing and enhancing the area. In recent years, we have undertaken new build, refurbishment and conversion projects. We have experience in building in conservation areas, working on listed buildings and undertaking projects in close proximity of residents and businesses. We have undertaken technical projects requiring high levels of construction expertise and have worked closely with highways, transportation, ecological, archaeological and conservation authorities. Within our team we have a wide range of backgrounds and experience. Our staff are either based in our head office in Robertsbridge, East Sussex or at one our ongoing developments.
