The mission of Cowboy Properties, which manages only Cowboy Partners developed and/or controlled properties, is to deliver on the promise of compelling places for people. It is by delivering on that promise that we best ensure that the expectations of our partners and investors are unfailingly met, or exceeded, and how we are best able to contribute to the quality of the neighborhoods and communities where we do our work. The daily application of the Cowboy Properties hierarchy of priorities creates for our team a common purpose and a common understanding of what matters most, and it all starts with Happy Residents. In “Cowboy-speak,” Happy Residents is a defined term, not something thrown around casually, but something we work and train to make happen. By being intentional about the quality of the experience our residents enjoy we create economic resilience and vitality in the investment performance of the marvelous assets in our stewardship, and that is the key concept in exceeding investors’ expectations.
