CPHIN is a not-for-profit organization that convenes healthcare stakeholders and facilitates collaboration between public-private-academic partners with the purpose of harnessing the power of healthcare data. We promote innovation through the collection and generation of trusted data to improve health outcomes for all Canadians by enabling personalized healthcare solutions. Health data holds the promise of improved treatments and better patient outcomes; but right now, it is fragmented and untapped. Data that is collected is not being compiled and made accessible to create insights that could lead to better patient health or more efficient use of resources. These challenges prevent the Canadian healthcare system from innovating and improving health treatments.
