The business was formed in 2013 and is owned and operated by Paul Mitchley who draws on more than 30 years' industry experience working for prominent surveying and construction companies in the United Kingdom and Australia. We typically work with main contractors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers and developers, providing a broad range of services such as setting out, topographic surveys, control surveys, as-built surveys, structural monitoring and volumetric earthworks surveys. CPM Setout use the latest surveying instrumentation and software to provide cost-effective, reliable results for our clients.
