So, supporting clients through the key stages of implementation: • Putting in place processes and tactical plans that will fulfil agreed strategies • Resourcing the marketing role – bodies and budgets, • Project management - defining deadlines and sticking to them • and measurement of results After all, talking only goes so far and we bring an intensive level of accountability to people who may otherwise forgive themselves for procrastinating. It’s a lonely world out there running your own business.
